CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 72(FIN) "An Act making appropriations                                                                     
for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and                                                             
for certain programs and capitalizing funds; and providing for an                                                               
effective date" was read the second time.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Kelly, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                                  
page 776. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                                                         
BILL NO. 72(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating                                                                
and loan program expenses of state government and for certain                                                                   
programs and capitalizing funds; amending appropriations; and                                                                   
providing for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
held in second reading to the April 3 calendar. Without objection, it                                                           
was so ordered.
